SUMMARY:

Responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy and developing treatment plans for adults experiencing mental health challenges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adults
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy to support adults with various mental health concerns
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development activities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or related field)

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:

• Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Membership of appropriate professional bodies inline with NHS Talking Therapies Guidelines

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Demonstrate Experience working with adults in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for adult mental health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other patient record management systems
