RMI is seeking dynamic health care professionals to join our team. We have ad hoc opportunities for virtual consultations.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy and developing treatment plans for children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
· Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
· Provide evidence-based therapy to support children and adolescents with various mental health concerns
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
· Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development activities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or related field)
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
· Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
· Membership of appropriate professional bodies inline with NHS Talking Therapies Guidelines
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
· Demonstrate Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
· Knowledge of evidence-based practices for child and adolescent mental health
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other patient record management systems
