The Supply Chain Operations Specialist coordinates procurement, inventory, equipment and logistics activity in support of RMI’s global operations. Acting as the central link between Operations, Finance, suppliers, logistics partners, IT and field teams, the role ensures that medical supplies, operational equipment and business assets are sourced, tracked, deployed and managed efficiently, accurately and cost-effectively.
The postholder maintains supply chain visibility, cost control, inventory accuracy, asset accountability and equipment readiness across international projects and remote operating environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain and Procurement Coordination
Coordinate procurement for medical supplies, operational equipment, IT assets and consumables across the business.
Manage suppliers, sourcing, onboarding, quotations, purchase orders and delivery performance to secure quality, value and continuity of supply.
Finance and Commercial Interface
Inventory, Equipment and Asset Management
IT and Business Asset Coordination
Logistics and Operational Support

Language Skills
